Surosowan City is the core of the Old Banten City which is located on the northern coast of Java, precisely on the coast of the Banten Bay. This city was once very magnificent with the concept of traditional Javanese city space that is still attached to this day. The remains of the city sites that are left today are evidence of the existence of Surosowan City. Likewise with the structure and morphology of the city. The purpose of this study is to reconstruct Surosowan City in the 16th-18th Century using the History Urban Landscape (HUL) approach through the Hitorical Research and RAD (Rapid Application Development Model) analysis methods. This is done by triangulation of city pattern observation data on the Banten Ancient Map and 3D visualized image maps. The results of this study indicate that there is a city fort pattern identified as the administration of Surosowan City. There are similarities in the concept of residential space between Surosowan City and Cirebon. And there are differences in the spatial arrangement of the Kaibon Palace with the Kasepuhan Cirebon Palace. Based on the results of the reconstruction, Surosowan City can be identified through the city's morphological landscape in the form of land use, building blocks, roads, and city waters in 3D Visual.
